What To Put Inside The Signature File So Readers Will Click The Link Displayed In It

By Admin | February 1, 2009

Writing interesting and informative articles is key to making work for you. Without providing quality information in a compelling, yet simple, manner, most readers will not bother to read through the whole article and find the resource box with the and your link at the end of it. However, you should also pay attention to what the signature file itself says as well to ensure readers will click on your link.

You should focus on providing information about yourself, your business, and/or your product offer in the signature file. Whether you should talk more about your background or the product itself really depends on whether you plan to send the reader to the main page of your website or to the product offer sales page. If you’re talking about your website as a whole, it might make more sense to talk about your background and experience in the field, along with the overall number of successful products at your website. Conversely, if you’re looking for the reader to consider a specific product offer from you when they click on the link, it likely makes more sense to provide some details on why that product would interest and/or help them.

Split-testing two or more can be a good way of determining which signature file converts more readers into website visitors, newsletter subscribers, and purchasers of your product.
